Human Resources 

Our mission is aligned with the university leadership and its commitment to excel in academic and non-academic area of expertise.

We are engaged in adding increased value to AUL by providing HR knowledge, expertise and structure for both faculty and staff to perform at high professional levels in order to meet the university objectives and goals.

The HR department is indulged in ensuring competency-based contribution review, new employee orientation, training, career development and talent management through:
  1. Developing annual and long-term Human Resources strategic plan that identify the university Human Resources components. 
  2. Enhancing Human Resources metrics. 
  3. Leading the process of conducting manpower planning in compliance with the AUL strategic plan and its budget process.
