Vision

AUL shall be the leader and preferred provider of educational services for its community.

AUL shall be an academic and comprehensive educational university recognized as a regional referral organization for its specialized and selective majors.

Mission

The mission of the management program is depicted from the general mission of the university. The program prepares graduates for leadership roles in business, industry, government, private sectors and other social services. It also prepares future graduates to have critical thinking and to enroll in business using international quality standards.

The future plan of the management department as well as the school of business administration at large is to initiate within the master program a new specialty namely Master in Health Management and Policies, thus, we will be able to expose graduate students to hospitals, health centers and international health agencies.
