Plan, provide and maintain a university-wide system of quality assurance and institutional effectiveness that is evidence-based and stakeholder-driven enabled by actionable information that informs decision making and sets the quality standards that provide confidence to all stakeholders that AUL’s educational experience is founded upon a sound quality assurance and improvement system.<\/span><\/h3>\n

  • Quality Assurance: Developing and implementing quality assurance systems and standards to monitor and improve the quality of academic programs, research, and administrative services.<\/li>\n
  • Program Evaluation: Conducting regular evaluations of academic programs to assess their relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with the university’s mission and strategic goals.<\/li>\n
  • Curriculum Development: Organizing and facilitating professional development programs for faculty to enhance their teaching skills, research capabilities, and overall effectiveness.<\/li>\n
  • Student Support Services: Evaluating the effectiveness of student support services, such as academic advising, counselling, and career services, and making recommendations for improvement.<\/li>\n
  • Infrastructure and Facilities: Ensuring the quality and maintenance of the university’s physical infrastructure, including classrooms, laboratories , libraries , and other facilities.<\/li>\n
  • Accreditation and compliance: Monitoring and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Complaints and Suggestions: Follow up on complaints and suggestions , and record them in an integrated system to facilitate the process of transferring and coordinating with the concerned departments to take the necessary actions , then evaluate the solutions and present them to the university presidency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
