Dr. Hamady received his PhD degree in Micro/Nano Systems from Paul Sabatier University, France in 2014. He holds two international patents and has published more than 10 papers in peer reviewed journal and international conferences. His research is focused on TCAD simulation of wide bandgap devices and computational soft matter physics.

Dr. Mohamad Hamze is the director of quality assurance and the Master of Science in computer and communication engineering coordinator, he teaches courses in optical fiber communication, microwave communication, and digital signal processing, his research interests are in the field of optical access networks and semiconductor optical amplifiers.

Ahmad Farhat received an M.E. degree in Mechatronics from the INSA Toulouse (France), and Ph. D. degree in Automatic Control from Grenoble University (France) in 2013and 2016, respectively. He joined the AUL University team in 2017 as a Part time faculty member in the CCE department.
