Charting the course for AUL's future growth and excellence
The AUL has designed its Strategic Plan 2025-2030 which was the result of an in-depth strategic planning process over three years. At the dawn of AUL's 25 years, the time was right to start implementing substantive, systemic developments for future growth.
Numerous university-wide and faculty-level initiatives were launched and realized over the years, including major developments in curriculums. These initiatives fit within the current strategic plan directions and lay a firm foundation for implementing the University's 2030 vision.
The AUL Strategic Plan 2025-2030 focuses on key areas, starting with explanation of the planning progress, followed by key foundational information (mission, vision, values), then what the University wants to achieve (goals, objectives, strategic issues), then how the University will achieve these goals (strategies, actions, tactics), and lastly how to measure overall success (KPIs, metrics).
The plan covers eight significant disciplines that will guide our development
Enhancing student experience, services, and success initiatives.
Strengthening teaching excellence and program quality.
Promoting impactful research and scholarly activities.
Expanding partnerships and societal impact.
Expanding global connections and opportunities.
Implementing rigorous quality standards and governance.
Ensuring long-term financial health and resource management.
Developing state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology.
Clear definition of what the University wants to achieve in each strategic area.
Detailed plans for how we will accomplish our objectives through specific initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track our progress and success.
