The Communication Arts majors program offers a B.A. in Journalism and B.A. in Television & film. The B.A. covers more fields as Advertising, Public Relations and Political Communication. Students will acquire basic competencies and skills that help them discern the role of communication and Media in society and understand the main concepts, methods, and approaches used in the advertising and public relations professions.
Our Journalism program prepares students for careers in print, broadcast, and digital news. It offers courses at the forefront of the field, such as investigative and data journalism, and provides cutting edge facilities in a vibrant teaching environment. The program also offers students the opportunity to learn basic journalism skills and theories. As a flexible program in creative and journalistic writing introduces students to writing news and to the basics of storytelling and creative forms of writing in multimedia environments.
